This course seeks to compliment your TOGAF skillset by providing additional training in the areas of architecture capability development and strategic intervention. It seeks to elaborate further on the domain of enterprise planning ie. Business Planning through EA, Business analytics and Business Intelligence

This course builds upon prior knowledge and skills learned in the Advanced Enterprise Architecture Course. The course focuses on how to apply these concepts through a class-wide architecture project that develops an integrated set of EA artefacts.

The Enterprise Architecture Kickstart Program seeks to inject and EA program into an organization that has limited EA disciplines in place and is seeking to kick-start their Enterprise Architecture program. It combines some of the EA theory with a practical 8 week implementation cycle wherein the participants will develop an actual EA skeleton framework for their company which thay can then build upon going forward through the various iterations of a full EA implementation.
